the concept of nathaniel wesninski as a whole is so fucking interesting. i’m saying this because i’ve been reading raven neil fics and neil as nathaniel fics because they’re just too damn good.

i’m tempted but anyway

i need to do a character study fic on neil and nathaniel soon. i’m going insane because it amazes me how it’s the same person but so drastically fucking different depending on the identity and name AUGH I CANT TAKE IT

I am slowly losing my mind with so many thoughts on Renora and yet I am nearly four years too late for this hyperfixation and am juggling so many different projects along with uni work that I am left to scream into the void as I lie awake in bed at the poetic tragedy and angst in Nora growing to hate who she is and desiring to become someone she can love, and Ren realising far to late that he loves her for everything she is and yet is forced to watch from a distance as she burdens herself, unable to do anything to help.

Pic context: Talking about the exy stadium at USC considering the fact that USC is a real school

I love how Nora just invents things in order to avoid complications with real-life things.

Like, using USC's football stadium as the exy stadium too would take a lot of work to figure out how that would be possible. Solution: invent a new stadium!

Having the characters play a real sport that already exists would mean looking into all the rules and regulations and history, etc, and there could be multiple elements of the sport that work against the plot of the story or complicate it in some way. Solution: invent a new sport!

I mean, it gives her full creative control over what happens in the story, and we as readers get to learn about a cool new thing without feeling the need to fact-check every element. Tbh, it makes so much sense to me.

Like, go off! Make stuff up! It's your world. We're just reading and enjoying and becoming obsessed with it!!!

Converted from Grim Eclipse - not an original model. Cloaks in the sims tend to not work very well, so it may clip and act weird in some situations, so I wanted to offer it as a second part instead of it being part of the dress so you can remove it when needed (and use it with other outfits, as Ruby wears her cloak pretty much all the time)

Not to be rude but "My take on Nora's personality makes her look frikin bipolar" could have been phrased better. Bipolar and other disorders being mischaracterized like that is really bad. I give you the benefit of the doubt of not realizing this phrasing comes off bad, but I didnt see anyone else tell you so i thought I might

Hi, apologies for the confusion and poor phrasing. My mother was also diagnosed bipolar as a kid so we often joked about it in a similar way. I kinda forgot it was an inside joke, but please know I didn't have any malicious intent ^^`

I was also sleep deprived when I wrote that post.

Though, it is going to be canon that Nora will have a similar (NOT PARALLEL TO THE HUMAN DISORDER) defect in her code where she can be a little erratic. This is not going to be Bipolar Disorder, that was just a similar comparison for a general idea.

I repeat, it was and is only a comparison intended to get a general idea across. This is purely fictional and unrelated to the actual disorder, so if I portray it different it's because it's a different and fictional disorder.

unpopular opinion the Maya models don’t look bad at all. But at the same time the only ones that look good to me are the ones in darker clothing, with darker skin, etc etc because YOU CANT TELL THERES NO FUCKING TEXTURING!!!!!!!!!

no one realizes the pain of getting a puck shot at either your hand or toe during a game. it hurts like nothing you’ve felt before. then you start going through the stage where you’re insanely scared that you broke a bone.

i experienced this type of pain by shots that were fast, but not rockets. now imagine this, but an nhl players’ shot. they shoot at 80-100 mph on average!

so remember this before you call someone a baby for leaving the ice after blocking a shot!!
